Stuffed Peppers
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS --
1. Sauté 1 lb. of Ground Turkey (or Ground Beef)
2. Cook 1 cup of Brown Rice
3. Combine sautéed ground turkey, cooked brown rice, black beans and corn. Add 1/2 cup of salsa or sauce. Mix thoroughly.
4. Cut up peppers -- Place 1/2 cup of mixture in each pepper.
5. Cook at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
