Sweet Potato & Quinoa Chili
Add all ingredients into a crock pot & cook on high for 4 hours!
INGREDIENTS —
1 Large Sweet Potato, Diced
1 Cup Red Onion, Diced
1 Large Red Bell Pepper, Diced
3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1 Can of Black Beans
5 Cups of Vegetable Broth
2 Tbsp. Tomato Paste
1/2 Cup Quinoa, Uncooked
1 1/2 Tbsp. Chili Powder
2 Tbsp. Cumin
2 Tbsp. Paprika
1/2 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
