Strong joints, muscle balance, and proper movement patterns are essential for optimum performance and injury prevention. In this challenge we build from the ground up to figure out your specific imbalance to get you performing your best! Included in this 4 week challenge:

  • 30 minute evaluation with Function Movement Screen & other assessments

  • Get your personalized corrective exercises and stretches for homework to be performed daily and recorded for point

  • Special workouts including yoga and foam rolling / stretching classes

  • 4 seminars by Rocky Mountain Rehab to learn more about your bodies structure and how to improve mobility, stability, and decrease pain!

  • Re-evaluation at the end to see how your movement scores improved
