Included in the 6 month prepaid Platinum:

  1. 2 one hour personal training sessions every week with one of our master trainers in our private studio.

  2. Unlimited Kineo Fit classes.

  3. 6 one hour MAT (muscle activation technique) sessions with Trainer Cole to help correct any muscle imbalances or pain points.

  4. A personalized nutrition plan / guidance / and accountability from your trainer.

  5. Fully customized to what your goals are whether it be to prepare for your wedding day, training for your next competition, or simply to be in the best shape of your life!

Kineo Forge 90 ($699)

Kineo Forge 90 is our recommended starter pack. It includes:

  1. First 3 months of Unlimited Kineo Fit classes (grandfathered $175 a month Unlimited ongoing after).

  2. A personalized nutrition plan / guidance / and daily tracker.

  3. One 60 min MAT (muscle activation technique) session with Trainer Cole to help correct any muscle imbalances or pain points.

  4. Weekly check in with a trainer for accountability and guidance.

  5. Your heart rate armband.

  6. No enrollment fee. Start anytime.

  7. Healthy habits. Locked in. Research shows that it takes 3 months of consistency to forge healthy habits. Lock in your Kineo fit results with the Kineo Forge 90.

Monthly Membership Options:

Unlimited monthly  ($199 per month)

8 Classes monthly ($159 per month)

  • $50 enrollment required which includes a FREE heart rate armband for new members to use inside and outside of class.

  • No long term contract (we expect to earn your loyalty ;)

  • No first and last month starting payment.

  • No additional month payment should you cancel.

  • Corporate discounts are available.

  • 10% Active Duty Military discount on monthly memberships only.

  • SPECIAL FULL TIME STUDENT RATE - $139.00 UNLIMITED! (29 or younger).

  • Couples or join with a friend discount - both join for $175 per month.
